2006 cadillac cts "sport appearance package" this rare option is comparable to the v-sport currently in production. It's a 3. 6 liter v-6, 24 valve vvt powered car, but it shares many parts with the high performance v-8 powered cts-v series cars. This includes : stainless steel mesh grill, rear spoiler, aero rocker panels, large diameter stainless exhaust tips, monochromatic front and rear fascia. 18" wheels, unique to this package. It came from the factory with "w" rated tires . The top speed of the car is electronically limited to 149 mph. This car also has a getrag limited slip ( posi traction) differential with 3. 42 gears. This really perks up the acceleration . Suspension is the stiff fe3 type, more commonly found on corvettes. Also has larger rotors and dual piston calipers. The front strut towers are braced together transmission is the gm 5l40e, 5 speed automatic with sport shift mode . It's the same trans found in many bmw 3 series cars . Car also has the luxury package, leather seats 2 tone cashmere and brown interior, moonroof, bose speakers, 6 cd changer . I added a volant cold air intake, it adds 20 hp, make the engine sound throatier, and looks good too. Timing chains, spark plugs, serpentine belts, power steering hose, xenon lamps have been replaced in the last 20k miles . It has traction control and stabiltrak . Power everything and everything works . Tires and brakes have plenty of life remaining . Always garaged, no rust, never in a crash. It's a fun car to drive. It's quick and handles great.
